in connection with a technical landfill centre project, financed with the
assistance of a leading multinational.
Abidjan urban rail project: advising a South Korean engineering company from
2012 to 2017 in connection with the Abidjan urban rail project (line 1 of the
Abidjan metro)
Port infrastructure financing: advising the Ivory Coast and other investors in
connection with the construction and operation of specialist port

Foxtrot gas project, Ivory Coast: advising the Bouygues group, the main
operator in the Foxtrot gas project in the Ivory Coast, in its negotiations with
the Ivory Coast State (Oil Ministry and Ministry for the Economy and Finance),
and the analysis and completion of the legal formalities, with regard to the
legality, validity and enforceability of the finance documents for the Foxtrot
operating concession.
