We have in-depth knowledge and regular practical experience of the special rules on the functioning of State companies (sociétés d’Etat), companies in which there is a public-sector holding (sociétés à participation financière publique) and public establishments (établissements publics), delegated public services (délégations de service public), privatisations, public procurement and regulation. More generally, we regularly work in the different areas of administrative law and other branches of law as they apply to the relations between public and private partners (PPP agreements).
